We went to the zoo on Tuesday and had a blast. It was Bea's first time there and Jackson felt super cool showing her all his favorite stuff. We went with my friend and her boys, Ayden is 2 weeks older than Beatrix and he is head over heels in love with her. She thinks he is funny.


The beginning of the day started of clean and excited...


The giant tortoise, or as Bea calls it "happy"

YAY for Mimi and Papa!!

We all had so much fun when Mimi and Papa came to visit. Jackson just thinks Papa is the coolest guy around and I think Beatrix and Mimi fell deeper in love with each other. I heard Bea say "Mimi" on more than one occasion! It is always so wonderful to see them and Bea was old enough to really enjoy them this time. Jackson, of course, thinks that being with Mimi and Papa and Nona and Poppy all at the same time is amazing. So here are a few pictures of our 4th of July at Ross and Tricia's house (where we of course had the best vanilla ice cream in the world!)

I think Jackson likes Palmers rope almost as much as Palmer does.

Summertime fun...

June has been a busy month, we had Julian and Drew for most of the month which has been fabulous. They really are the greatest kids ever. Jackson took a trip to the Ozarks with Nona, Poppy, Tricia and Ross, Bill and Sandy and Mimi and Papa...he looooved it! So enjoy some cute photos of some cute kids!!
